We've tried a lot of softwares for doing Call Recording with UCME, but we found out Call Replay was the simplest and very well designed platform for doing that for our customer, a Security Company. The enviroment tested was the Cisco 1861 E and Call Replay works well with the integrated POE Ports of the routers. The support received for fast and reliable.

We have been implementing Call Replay for our Cisco customers for over 2 years, and recommend it as a reliable, easy to use and cost effective solution for customers who don't want the expense or complexity of high end contact centre solutions. Understanding of the Cisco SCCP protocol is a big plus, as it learns extension names and numbers dynamically and doesn't require user configuration or AD integration in Cisco environments. Have always found Call Replay prompt and professional to deal with.
